Piksan CNC was established in 1976 to bring the experience gained by Nuri Çolakoğlu in the metal processing sector in Switzerland to Turkey.

Piksan CNC moved to Topçular in 1985, to its facilities in İMES in 1992, and in 2014, it continues its activities in a 4400 m² closed area in İMES OSB, Dilovası/Kocaeli.

Piksan CNC is equipped with rich, versatile, and precise horizontal and vertical CNC machining centers, as well as measuring and control devices.

Piksan CNC has the capability to produce and sharpen all the necessary cutting tools for sampling and part production with its in-house CNC sharpening and grinding machines.

After cost estimation and feasibility assessment according to the customer’s technical drawing, the detailed technical work of the part is carried out using Autocad, SolidWorks, and EdgeCam drawing programs.

Piksan conducts all processes, including quotation, order, purchasing, production, stock management, invoicing, quality, customer relations, etc., through an ERP Enterprise Resource Planning program. This program enables pre-series and mass production, PPAP presentation file preparation, complete material and production traceability, effective process control, efficiency measurement, precise cost calculation, and more. Our company is certified with the TS 16949 Quality Management System.

Our company maintains its rightful place in the market with determination, continuously improving systems, and upgrading and modernizing its machinery park for the sector.
